Insight is a growing network of skilled well qualified consultants and specialists, professionals working throughout the UK and in Europe. Formed very recently as a limited company we have a long history.

 

• The Network Training partnership of 1988
• became Change Consulting around a year later.
• This led to Seabrook Consultancy which traded for 12 successful years, until the managing partner took on the design development and leadership of a new CPD based multi discipline postgraduate programme at a UK university.
• Partners and associates continued to network, and have come together again to support
• Insight - a long established ‘new’ venture.

 

Most of us met through volunteer work for the CIPD and are all very experienced and senior HRM and HRD practitioners. Members of the team hold Masters degrees, Postgraduate qualifications and Bachelor degrees.

 

Associates are home-based right across the South of England. Centred just north of Poole and Bournemouth, our ‘local’ area covers Hampshire, Dorset, the Isle of Wight and Wiltshire - we travel across the whole of the UK and Europe.
